Xutra Health views the protection of its Buyers' privacy as a very important principle. Xutra Health understands clearly that Buyers and their Personal Information are among Xutra Health's most important assets. Xutra Health stores and processes its Buyers' information, including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, on computers protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules thereunder. We do not ask for the following details from a Buyer at any point:

  • Net banking or card transaction OTP

  • Debit/Credit card CVV

  • Passwords related to banking or UPI IDs

  • Remote access to any of the Buyer's personal devices or accounts

Quantity Restrictions

Xutra Health reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.

These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card, and also to orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. Xutra Health shall have sole discretion in such matters.

We will notify the Buyer should such limits be applied. Xutra Health also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any individual as it may deem fit.

Information We Collect

Xutra Health records, stores, and analyses data available through any of our platforms and website, including data provided by the Buyer when a purchase is made. The following information may be requested:

  • Mobile number and email address

  • First name and last name

  • Postal code

  • Opt-in preference for SMS/Email communications

This data helps us ensure that our Buyers are safe and well-served while using any of our products and services.

How We Use Buyer / Customer Data

  • To send marketing, promotional messages, and other information that may be of interest to our Buyers — only with their consent. Buyers may opt out of these communications at any time.

  • To implement and manage referral programs, surveys, contests, promotional activities, or events sponsored or managed by Xutra Health.

  • To enhance and optimise our business practices and user experience based on research and analytics conducted using Buyer data.

  • To study catchment areas and inform decisions about expanding our reach to serve more Buyers.

Xutra Health uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve website functionality, analyse traffic, personalise content, and support advertising and remarketing activities. Buyers may choose to disable cookies through their browser settings; however, certain features of the website may not function properly as a result.

Remarketing Tags

This website uses Google AdWords and Facebook remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to previous visitors. This may include advertising to visitors who have not completed a task on our website, such as via Google search results, the Google Display Network, or Facebook. Xutra Health may share personal information with its corporate entities and affiliates. These entities may market to Buyers as a result of such sharing, unless the Buyer explicitly opts out.

Xutra Health may disclose personal information to third parties where required to provide access to our services, comply with legal obligations, enforce our Buyer Agreement, facilitate marketing and advertising activities, or prevent, detect, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities.

Xutra Health may also disclose personal information if required by law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes; to assist law enforcement; to enforce our Terms or Privacy Policy; to respond to claims that content violates third-party rights; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Buyers or the general public.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, amalgamation, or restructuring of business, Xutra Health and its affiliates may transfer some or all Buyer personal information to the other business entity. In such cases, the receiving entity will be required to adhere to this Privacy Policy with respect to Buyer personal information.

Payment Security

Payment transactions on this website are processed through authorised third-party payment gateway providers. Xutra Health does not store complete debit or credit card information on its servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with applicable security standards.
