1. Order Processing & Delivery
Every Xutra Health order goes through a careful process to ensure accuracy and quality:
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is successfully placed.
Dispatch: We typically dispatch orders within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery: Our trusted delivery partners will strive to deliver your order promptly. If there are any issues with the delivery address or timing, our team or the delivery partner will contact you to resolve the matter.
2. Delivery Charges
Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free delivery unless stated otherwise at checkout.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We deliver within India only.
3. Delivery Locations
Xutra Health delivers across India, including remote areas. However, in the event of a crisis or unforeseen circumstances, we may temporarily suspend shipping to certain locations. If your order is affected, our customer service team will promptly reach out with further details and alternatives.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days.
Other Cities: 2–7 business days.
Remote Locations: Up to 7 business days or longer, depending on accessibility.
5. Address / Pincode Changes
Before Dispatch: Contact us at connect@xutrahealth.com to request a change to your delivery address or pincode.
After Dispatch: We are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
7. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, your order may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses and arrive in separate shipments. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for this. All tracking details will be communicated to you via email.
8. Unforeseen Delivery Issues
If you are unable to receive your delivery and the order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at connect@xutrahealth.com as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to hold or redirect the shipment.
9. Additional Charges
There are no hidden charges. The price displayed at checkout includes all applicable taxes. Any shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the order processing stage.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
Xutra Health shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather disruptions, courier delays, regulatory restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, or public emergencies. We will make every effort to keep you informed in such situations.
11. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines mentioned on this website are estimated timelines and may vary depending on location, courier operations, and external factors. Xutra Health does not guarantee delivery within the specified timeframes and shall not be liable for any delays beyond its reasonable control.
12. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order. Xutra Health shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any additional costs incurred due to re-delivery or return of such orders may be borne by the customer.
